What can I say, it's great to be a Work-at-Home Mom doing what I love to do best,  work as an Artist, and running around the house chasing my kids!  It hasn't been easy, but definitely worth it!

Now you might be wondering how I got myself in this wonderful mess... Well since I was a little girl I was fascinated with the wonderful world of art!  My first exposure to arts and crafts was through my mother's hands.  Growing up by my mother's side was wonderful as she was always creating and selling new crafty projects to make ends meet. Little did she know she influenced me to appreciate handcrafted arts and to become an artisan and work-at-home mommy myself.  

I decided to major in the field and in 2003 I received my B.A. degree in Art education with an emphasis in studio art.  Since 1992, throughout my college years and to this day, I've been working with students as young as preschool age to high school level in the classroom as an aide and now as a substitute.  I've also worked with high school students in leadership conferences. My original plan was to teach at the High School and College level, and although pursuing an art career in the working field was my main goal, I had a change of heart.
